Personal fitness Coach, Cary Gordon talks about keeping things real simple: Doing 5 exercises, for 5 minutes, 5 times a day and 5 repetitions for each for the exercises.

Cary got Jerry to do a few types of chair exercises, one band exercise and a push-up against the wall. You could do a little of these strength training exercises every day (or at least 3 times a week) on top of the cardiovascular exercises that you do 3 times a week.
