3 Steps to Get Fit and Stay Fit

"The number one intervention to improve your health is exercise."

We can feel better and look better just by exercising regularly. Yet majority of us don't do that.  It seems like the number one barrier to us exercising is TIME.

Before we go into how we can get fit, let's start with asking God: what is it that He wants us to do this year, with the body He had given us. Is there a dream that you want to accomplish for God? Are you be able to do that in the body that you are in now?
